The central location puts you smack in the middle of everything interesting. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The air conditioning struggles to keep up. In one room, it didn't work at all, and the replacements came with a hard bed and a dodgy balcony. Noise insulation is practically nonexistent.

It was based in absolutely charming building in a great and incredible location, in the center of town. We had the guest room provided with storage space, a balcony, as for instance.

The location is very good. Central and with many people walking around, giving life to the shops. In general, good situation, with advantage over other establishments. Perhaps it would be possible to get more and better information, on arrival, about the air conditioning of the room and I also think that for the price you pay there could be the possibility of having the Movistar channel on the TV with the football and other sports that customers like mostly and not have to look for bars where they can watch the games of their favorite teams.
When we booked the room in advance we could not enjoy one of our wishes. A large bed, giving us in return another room, much smaller, with a rather tiny bathroom, with service door with transparent glass, without possibility of closing for the logical intimacy and without bidette for personal hygiene. The temperature of the room is quite cold and there is no possibility of air conditioning to the desired degrees. Only if it is hot can the cold be increased, but if the temperature drops there is no way to increase it to satisfactory degrees.

artistic, artistic, artistic
The hotel boasts excellent Goya-themed decor that captures the essence of local culture. I loved the spacious bathroom with dual sinks, especially when sharing a room. The location is perfect, with easy access to the lively tapas area just a short walk away!
totally recommend 😊❤️

Breakfast, we had a previous engagement. Good location, central. The demands on our part, almost complete. The cleaning staff, to a demand of ours of bad smell in the room, already when entering, they made the possible ones to remedy it. The pipes would have to be checked.
We could not occupy a parking space because they were all occupied, solution was to go to the Salamero parking lot, in case there was one reserved for the hotel, to look for other alternative spaces far from the destination. ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE, ALREADY POINTED OUT IN OTHER VISITS, IS NOT HAVING THE MOVISTAR CHANNEL, EVEN IF IT IS PAID FOR, COULD BE A DEFERENCE FROM THE HOTEL TOWARDS ITS CLIENTS. SATURDAY THEY HAD TO PLAY THE BARÇA - REAL MADRID AND, AT LEAST, IF NOT IN THE ROOMS, IN THE LOUNGE OF THE HOTEL, NOT HAVING TO LOOK FOR A BAR WHERE THEY HAD THIS CHANNEL. THERE WERE MANY EQUIVALENT OPINIONS. It would be worth to study it and put it into practice, right? appreciation would be unanimous.

The hotel is ok but does not rate 4 stars. Very small room and no facilities whatsoever (no free internet, no fitness, staff speak spanish only, etc...)

It was Central
It is very difficult to find by car as it is situated in a pedestrianised access. I tried to print the map from Booked.net webpage re this hotel to have a detaied street plan but I could not print. This happened before in Seville...similar outcome, One hour looking for way in. Eventually in both cases took a taxi having parked car. Not what your customer wants after long journey.

Had a comfy room with a nice private terrace. The artistic vibe of the hotel brought a unique charm . Only downside? The breakfast options could definitely use some variety.

Good location, fast check-in and check-out, staff very helpful and nice, large rooms with comfortable beds, very quiet. Excellent value for your money.
The hotel has no WI-FI so you need the buy a card (12 EUR for 24 Hours) to access the public network, which isn't really reliable. My room smelled of old smoke and dust, due to the carpets everywhere.

An artistic escape in the city
Our room was spacious and clean, with a coffee maker, made mornings good. The artistic ambiance and friendly staff created a warm atmosphere.
We found the lack of on-site dining options inconvenient, especially late at night. We had to venture out for water, which wasn't ideal when feeling under the weather.
